Service scope

AI agent application scenarios most enterprises start with

Built around the business scenario, not fitted to a template. These are the directions enterprises implement most today; anything not listed can be developed around your actual processes.

Enterprise knowledge base agent

Turns scattered policies, product manuals and technical experience into an asset people can ask questions of. Staff get answers with sources, and new hires no longer rely on “asking the old hands”.

Ask about this scenario

Data Q&A assistant

Connected to databases and existing reports. Business users ask in plain language and get the result with the query logic stated, so routine data requests no longer wait in a queue.

Ask about this scenario

Research and report generation

Public and internal data are gathered and drafted into industry research, competitor analysis and management briefs in your templates, with people owning the review and the judgement.

Ask about this scenario

Customer service agent

Omnichannel access, intent understanding, and calls into business systems to look things up and complete requests. Human agents take only complex cases.

Ask about this scenario

Contract and document review

Flags risk clauses, missing items and inconsistencies against your review points, and outputs suggested edits and a risk level for legal review and confirmation.

Ask about this scenario

Marketing content generation

Produces copy, asset scripts and campaign variants in your brand tone, published after human sign-off, sustaining content supply across platforms.

Ask about this scenario

Outbound calling and digital human

Voice and avatar agents for inbound and outbound calls, store reception and training broadcasts, handling standardised external interactions.

Ask about this scenario

AI bid and tender documents

Searches your qualifications, past performance and technical material against the tender document, drafts a first version for people to review, and leaves the time for the differentiating content.

Ask about this scenario

Cannot find your scenario? Agents can do far more than this. Describe the process to us and we will assess the feasibility.

Technical foundation

The four core capabilities behind custom agent development

Orchestration, knowledge base, tool calling, permissions and audit are built in-house; the model layer is selected per scenario. This is what decides whether an agent can enter the business process or remains a question-and-answer box.

Multi-model access and routing

The right model for each scenario, with support for domestic models and xinchuang (domestic IT) environments, no single-vendor lock-in, and flexible switching as cost and results change.

Knowledge base and retrieval augmentation

Document parsing, chunking, vector retrieval and permission isolation, with sources attached and traceable, keeping answers inside your own material.

Tool calling and business transactions

Queries, orders and approvals completed through APIs — not just Q&A, but work actually finished on your behalf.

Multi-agent orchestration

Complex tasks broken down across collaborating agents, with conditional branches, parallel processing and human-in-the-loop steps.

Which of your existing systems can we connect to

DingTalk / WeCom / FeishuCRMERPOADatabases and data warehousesCustomer service and ticketing systemsFile servers and network drivesBusiness APIs / legacy systems (RPA · file exchange)

These are the common integration targets. Whether a specific system can be connected depends on its version and how open its interfaces are; we confirm each one during the requirement diagnostic and state the integration method and boundaries in the plan.

Want to know whether your systems can connect? Send us the integration list and we will confirm each item during the requirement diagnostic and give a conclusion.

Delivery model

A six-step delivery process, with the input from both sides written down

The worst thing in a project is a black box. We set out, for every stage, what we deliver and what you need to provide. The durations below are typical; actual duration and effort are confirmed in writing during the solution stage.

These durations are internal estimates assuming timely cooperation on your side and a clearly defined scope; complex system integration or scope changes are assessed separately.

1

Requirement diagnostic

1–3 business days

Map the business processes, available data and expected goals; produce a requirement list and a feasibility assessment. Scenarios that are not a fit are stated directly.

Your side:One interview with the business owner
2

Solution design and quote

3–5 business days

Provide the solution document, interaction prototype and written quote, making scope, duration and acceptance criteria explicit.

Your side:Confirm the scope and acceptance criteria
3

Knowledge and data preparation

In parallel with development

Data inventory and usability assessment: what can be used directly, what needs cleaning, what needs supplementing, with governance recommendations.

Your side:Provide sample data and access permissions
4

Development and integration

2–4 weeks

Knowledge base construction, prompt and workflow orchestration, interface integration, internal testing and a grey release. Where complex multi-system integration or mid-project scope changes are involved, duration is assessed separately.

Your side:Open the test environment and interface documentation
5

Acceptance and launch

1 week

Accept item by item against the criteria agreed together, then deploy to production and train users.

Your side:Organise trial users to take part in acceptance
6

Operations and iteration

Ongoing

Performance monitoring, knowledge updates and feature iteration, with periodic performance reports and optimisation recommendations.

Your side:Collect feedback from frontline users

Still evaluating? Start with a small-scenario proof of concept (POC)

Pick one high-frequency, clearly bounded scenario. It usually takes 2–3 weeks, produces an evaluation of the results and a recommendation on whether to expand, and then you decide the next step.

Delivery and acceptance

Deliverables: what we deliver, and what counts as accepted

There is one principle: deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed and written into the contract before work starts, not negotiated during development.

Deliverables

At the end of the project you receive the complete result and can operate or migrate it yourself.

  • Application and source code — The agent application, orchestration configuration and the files needed to deploy
  • Data and knowledge assets — The knowledge base data and configuration built up during the project
  • Documentation and handover — Solution and interface documents, operations instructions, training and acceptance material

The specific deliverable list, IP ownership and migration method are agreed in the contract; everything can be exported, and we do not deliver in a way that locks you in.

Acceptance criteria

Criteria are set before work starts, not negotiated just before launch.

Hallucination in large models is common across the industry, and we do not promise 100% accuracy — so acceptance is defined in advance as measurable criteria, not a verbal assurance.

  • Acceptance criteria agreed together — During requirement confirmation we set measurable criteria with you
  • Written into the contract annex — Metrics and test methods confirmed in writing and used as the basis for acceptance
  • Continued tuning until met — We tune against the agreed criteria until they are met, and do not leave the problem with you

Acceptance criteria are fixed before work starts; if scope needs to change during the project, we confirm it with you in writing before proceeding.

Deployment and security

You decide where your data lives

For data-sensitive customers this is the first gate, so we set out the options clearly up front.

Three deployment models, chosen by your data sensitivity

Use one on its own or combine them; whichever you choose is set in the deployment specification during the solution stage.

On-premise deploymentRuns inside your environment

Deployed in your data center or private cloud, with models and knowledge base kept local. Suited to strict compliance cases where data cannot leave your boundary.

Hybrid deployment

Sensitive data and the core knowledge base are processed locally while general capabilities run in the cloud, balancing compliance requirements with cost flexibility.

Cloud-hosted deploymentLower upfront investment

We deploy and operate it in the cloud: lower upfront cost and flexible scaling, suited to teams that want to validate results before deciding on a deployment model.

The deployment model is agreed during the solution stage and written into the operations manual. If you later need to change environments, we support the migration; we do not lock you to one environment.

Security and compliance safeguards

These are the common requirements; specific items can be added to match your own compliance framework.

  • Choose the deployment scope — Business data and knowledge assets can stay within your controlled environment across the whole chain
  • Data use agreed in writing — Your business data is not used to train models, and this can be written into the contract
  • Permission isolation — Permissions by role and data scope, so different positions see different ranges of data
  • Operation audit — Key operations are logged, and logs are traceable and exportable
  • Compliance support — We support your MLPS, xinchuang (domestic IT) and similar reviews with technical material covering deployment and operations

If you already have a security review process or a compliance checklist, share it during the requirement diagnostic and we will respond to it item by item.

Have specific deployment or compliance requirements? We assess them during the requirement diagnostic and write them into the plan.

Customer cases

What they solved with agents

A few of the scenarios we serve; company names have been anonymised.

Financial services · Data Q&A + research reports

A bank

Client case · name withheld for anonymity
Background

Business staff depended on the data team’s schedule to pull data, and industry research relied on analysts piecing it together by hand, so responses were slow.

Solution

Connected the data warehouse and internal data sources, built a data Q&A assistant and a template-driven research report agent, and integrated the bank’s permission system.

Results

Data response speed improved markedly, and research drafts are produced noticeably faster.

Manufacturing · Knowledge base

An equipment manufacturer

Client case · name withheld for anonymity
Background

Maintenance experience sat with a few veteran engineers, new staff were slow to troubleshoot, and historical work orders went unused.

Solution

Combined equipment manuals, historical work orders and maintenance records into a queryable maintenance knowledge base searchable by machine model and fault code.

Results

New staff troubleshoot markedly faster, and historical work orders are reused.

Retail · Content generation

A retail chain

Client case · name withheld for anonymity
Background

Content capacity fell short during new-product launches and campaigns, and copy quality varied between stores.

Solution

Built a content generation agent around the brand tone that produces multi-platform copy and campaign variants in bulk, published after human sign-off.

Results

Content output efficiency improved markedly, and launch cycles run more smoothly.

We put the numbers up front, so extra costs do not appear after signing.

Single-scenario project

Suited to a first attempt

Focused on one business scenario, typically 4–6 weeks, delivered in one go and including launch and training; the specific duration and cost are given in writing in the plan.

Ask about a single-scenario project

Multi-scenario annual partnership

Suited to a defined path

Continuous build-out across several scenarios, including operations, iteration and capability expansion, run on an annual basis.

Ask about an annual partnership

POC pilot

Suited to teams still evaluating

Usually 2–3 weeks to validate a single scenario, with an evaluation of the results and a recommendation on whether to expand before you decide.

Learn about a POC pilot

What the cost consists of: three lines

  • Development fee

Determined by scenario complexity, the number of integrated systems and the delivery content; given in writing during the solution stage.

  • Running cost

Model calls and compute, billed by actual usage; usage can be monitored and capped.

  • Annual service

Operations, monitoring, knowledge updates and feature iteration, chosen as needed.

The requirement diagnostic is free of charge; the plan and quote are given in writing, and nothing within the agreed scope is billed separately. For new requirements beyond the agreed scope, we confirm the cost and duration with you in writing before proceeding. Specific costs are given in writing after the requirement diagnostic.

Still to confirm

A few things you may still want to confirm before purchasing

We do not repeat what has already been answered above. For delivery duration, deliverables, acceptance criteria, deployment models and cost structure, see the sections above.

Our data is a mess and has never been organised. Can you still do it?

Yes, and it is a common situation. We start with a data inventory and usability assessment, sort what we find into three groups — “usable as is”, “needs cleaning”, “needs supplementing” — and give governance recommendations. Where data maturity is low, we suggest starting with a small, clearly bounded scenario.

Do you build the agent yourselves, or wrap an API in a shell?

Orchestration, knowledge base, tool calling, permissions and audit are built in-house; the model layer is selected per scenario. You are also welcome to bring a real business question and verify it on the spot — we would rather be judged on your scenario than on a recorded demo.

Who handles operations and iteration after launch?

Either way works. We can take on monitoring, knowledge updates, performance reports and feature iteration under an annual service; or we can hand it to your IT team with the operations manual, training and remote support as needed.

How do you judge whether my business is a fit? Will you say so if it is not?

We will say so. During the requirement diagnostic we assess the scenario boundary, the data foundation and the expected return, and where it is not a fit we say so clearly and explain why — a project forced into production costs both sides. This step is free of charge.

Anything else you want to ask? Write it in the “supplementary notes” of the online consultation below and we will answer it too.
